  1. In a bowl, combine 7g of yeast, 20g of sugar, and 2g of salt.
  2. Add 320g of warm water (about 37°C) and stir until dissolved.
  3. Melt 30g of butter and mix it into the yeast mixture.
  4. Gradually add 550g of flour to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  7. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  8. Punch down the risen dough and shape it into a loaf.
  9. Place the loaf in a greased rectangular baking pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
