Tandoori chicken
Tandoori chicken is a flavorful Indian dish featuring marinated chicken cooked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 2 pcs lemon
- 4 tbsp paprika
- 2 pcs onion
- 16 g chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 300 ml greek yogurt
- 1 g ginger
- 4 pcs garlic cloves
- 0.75 tsp garam masala
- 0.75 tsp cumin
- 0.5 tbsp chilli powder
- 0.25 g turmeric
Instructions
- In a large shallow dish, combine the lemon juice, paprika, and red onions.
- Make three slashes in each chicken thigh.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the lemon juice mixture.
- Allow the chicken thighs to rest for 10 minutes.
- Blend all the marinade ingredients together.
- Drizzle the marinade over the chicken.
- Stir everything together well.
- Cover the dish with a lid or plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate the chicken for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your grill to the desired temperature.
- Place the chicken pieces on a rack set over a baking tray.
- Lightly brush oil over the chicken.
- Grill the chicken for 8 minutes on one side.
- Turn the chicken over and grill for another 8 minutes or until it is lightly charred and fully cooked.
