  1. In a large shallow dish, combine the lemon juice, paprika, and red onions.
  2. Make three slashes in each chicken thigh.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in the lemon juice mixture.
  4. Allow the chicken thighs to rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Blend all the marinade ingredients together.
  6. Drizzle the marinade over the chicken.
  7. Stir everything together well.
  8. Cover the dish with a lid or plastic wrap.
  9. Refrigerate the chicken for at least 1 hour.
  10. Preheat your grill to the desired temperature.
  11. Place the chicken pieces on a rack set over a baking tray.
  12. Lightly brush oil over the chicken.
  13. Grill the chicken for 8 minutes on one side.
  14. Turn the chicken over and grill for another 8 minutes or until it is lightly charred and fully cooked.
