  1. Prepare an 8-inch-square baking dish by lining it with wax paper or foil.
  2. Apply a layer of non-stick spray to the lined baking dish.
  3. In a bowl that is safe for the microwave, mix together the dark chocolate chips, heavy cream, and half of the sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Heat the dark chocolate mixture in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate has fully melted.
  5. Incorporate the vanilla extract into the melted dark chocolate mixture.
  6. Mix the dark chocolate mixture thoroughly until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  7. Pour the dark chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  8. Spread the dark chocolate mixture out evenly.
  9. In another bowl, blend the white chocolate chips with the remaining half of the sweetened condensed milk.
  10. Heat the white chocolate mixture in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted.
  11. Carefully layer the melted white chocolate mixture over the dark chocolate layer.
  12. Sprinkle Mallow Bits or miniature marshmallows on top of the chocolate layers.
  13. Gently press down on the Mallow Bits or marshmallows.
  14. Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for 4 hours, or until the fudge is set.
  15. Take the fudge out of the dish along with the wax paper.
  16. Carefully remove the wax paper from the fudge.
  17. Slice the fudge into small, bite-sized squares.
  18. Enjoy the fudge.
