  1. Add 250 g of coarse salt to a jar.
  2. Add 15 g of garlic powder, 15 g of onion powder, and 15 g of sugar to the jar.
  3. Finely chop 3 jalapeños and add them to the jar.
  4. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in the jar.
  5. The jalapeños will be preserved in the salt. Serve as desired.
