Thai-style steamed fish

Ingredients
- 2 pcs trout
- 1 g ginger
- 1 pcs garlic cloves
- 1 pcs red chilli
- 1 pcs lime
- 3 g pak choi
- 2 ml soy sauce
Instructions
- Place the fish fillets next to each other on a large piece of foil.
- Sprinkle the ginger, garlic, chili, and lime zest over the fish fillets.
- Squeeze lime juice over the fish fillets.
- Arrange the pak choi pieces around and on top of the fish.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the pak choi.
- Fold the foil loosely to create a packet, ensuring there is room at the top for steam to escape.
- Steam the packet for 15 minutes.
- If a steamer is unavailable, set the parcel on a heatproof plate above a pot of gently boiling water.
- Cover the pot with a lid and steam the packet.
