Falafel
Falafel - a delightful vegetarian dish rooted in Turkish cuisine.

Ingredients
- 2 pcs sunflower oil
- 1 g onions
- 1 pcs garlic
- 400 pcs chickpeas
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 pcs parsley
- 1 pcs eggs
Instructions
- In a large skillet, warm 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Cook the onion and garlic on low heat for 5 minutes until they become tender.
- Transfer the softened onion and garlic to a spacious mixing bowl.
- In the mixing bowl, incorporate the chickpeas and spices.
- Using a fork or a potato masher, thoroughly crush the chickpeas and spices until they are completely broken down.
- Mix in the parsley or dried herbs, adjusting the seasoning according to your preference.
- Incorporate the egg into the mixture.
- Use your hands to combine the mixture thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into 6 round balls.
- Press each ball down to form patties.
- In the skillet, add the remaining oil and heat it.
- Cook the falafels over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and firm.
- Enjoy the falafels either warm or cold alongside couscous, pitta bread, or a salad.
