Thai-spiced Deviled Eggs

  1. Begin by hard boiling the eggs by placing them in a saucepan and filling it with water.
  2. Heat the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Once the water reaches a boiling point, cover the saucepan and take it off the heat.
  4. Allow the eggs to sit in the hot water for 12 minutes.
  5. After 12 minutes have passed, move the eggs to an ice bath to cool them down.
  6. Once cool, peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  7. Take out the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  8. Incorporate mayonnaise, lime juice, Thai chili paste, and fish sauce into the yolks.
  9. Blend the yolk mixture until it is smooth and thoroughly combined.
  10. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the halves of the egg whites.
  11. Top the filled eggs with chopped cilantro and a dusting of paprika.
  12. Serve the Thai spiced deviled eggs right away.
