Ingredients
- 2 pcs brioche buns
- 200 g halloumi
- 150 g mushrooms
- 1 g sweet bell peppers
- 400 g new potatoes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
- Cut the brioche buns in half and brown them in the air fryer for about 3-5 minutes.
- Slice the halloumi, mushrooms, and sweet bell peppers.
- In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Sear the halloumi for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. Add the mushrooms and peppers, cooking until tender.
- While the halloumi and vegetables are cooking, wash and cut the new potatoes into halves or quarters.
- Place the new potatoes in the air fryer, season with 0.5 teaspoons of salt and 0.25 teaspoons of black pepper, and cook for about 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the seared halloumi, mushrooms, and peppers on the bottom half of the brioche buns, then top with the other half of the buns.
