Halloumi burgers, mushrooms, pepper, new pots

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Cut the brioche buns in half and brown them in the air fryer for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Slice the halloumi, mushrooms, and sweet bell peppers.
  4. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Sear the halloumi for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. Add the mushrooms and peppers, cooking until tender.
  5. While the halloumi and vegetables are cooking, wash and cut the new potatoes into halves or quarters.
  6. Place the new potatoes in the air fryer, season with 0.5 teaspoons of salt and 0.25 teaspoons of black pepper, and cook for about 15-20 minutes until crispy.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing the seared halloumi, mushrooms, and peppers on the bottom half of the brioche buns, then top with the other half of the buns.
