  1. Slice open 8 bagels
  2. Toast the bagels under a grill or in a toaster
  3. Smother the bagels with creamed cheese.
  4. Place smoked salmon on top of each bagel half
  5. Add chopped chives and black pepper to the top of the smoked salmon to serve
