Smoked Salmon Bagels

Ingredients
- 8 pcs bagels
- 200 g cream cheese
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp chives
- 0.5 g black pepper
Instructions
- Slice open 8 bagels
- Toast the bagels under a grill or in a toaster
- Smother the bagels with creamed cheese.
- Place smoked salmon on top of each bagel half
- Add chopped chives and black pepper to the top of the smoked salmon to serve
