  1. Chop the onion.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.
  3. Add 500 g of chicken to the pan and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in 250 ml of chicken tikka sauce and stir to combine. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
  5. Add 200 g of green beans to the pan and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the beans are tender.
  6. While the chicken and beans are cooking, heat 2 parathas in a separate pan according to package instructions.
  7. Serve the chicken tikka with green beans alongside the warm parathas.
