- 1 cup grape nut cereal
Instructions
- In a spacious bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the chilled heavy cream until it reaches stiff peaks.
- Carefully incorporate the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until fully blended.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Gently mix in the cereal, ensuring it is evenly distributed in the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container, like a loaf pan.
- Cover the surface of the ice cream with plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn.
- Seal the container with a lid.
- Place it in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours or until it is completely solid.
- After freezing, allow the ice cream to sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
