  1. Toast 8 slices of bread in a toaster.
  2. Add sliced cheddar cheese on top of the toast.
  3. Place under a hot grill for 2 minutes (or until the cheese starts getting a small amount of browning on it)
  4. Serve with Branston Pickle on the side
