Easy Salmon Nigiri

Ingredients
- 2 cup rice
- 10 g granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 pcs wasabi
- 8 tsp horseradish
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 20 ml light soy sauce
- 3 cup water
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of rice until cooked. Ideally use a rice cooker but a pan and drain will work too. Once cooked, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar. Allow rice to cool for 30 mins
- With wet hands, squash rice into 8cm long rectangles. Make as many as you can.
- Put little wasabi on the rice (or use horseradish) with a knife.
- on each nigiri piece, put a line of mayonnaise then a generous slice of smoked salmon on top.
- Place the final nigiri on a plate and serve with wasabi and soy sauce.
