Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 6 g dry yeast
- 500 g plain flour
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1.5 tbsp butter
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 pcs garlic cloves
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Dissolve 22.5 g of sugar in 350 ml of lukewarm water. Add 6 g of dry yeast and let it sit until the yeast blooms.
- In a large bowl, combine 500 g of plain flour, 1.5 tbsp of olive oil, and 0.5 tsp of salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough briefly, then cover it and let it rise for 2-3 hours until it doubles in size.
- While the dough is rising, prepare the topping by chopping 3 garlic cloves and mixing them with 1.5 tbsp of butter, 1.5 tbsp of olive oil, 0.5 tsp of garlic powder, and 2 tbsp of chopped parsley.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Once the dough has risen, shape it into rolls and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, checking for doneness as cooking times may vary.
- After baking, while the rolls are still hot, spread the garlic and herb mixture on top.
